A month in photos: February 2012

Our month of February looked a little like this
* We have had a relaxed month, enjoying a few 'free' weekends
where we have managed to do a bit of spring cleaning!

* The month started with me going to see Shrek as an early 30th birthday treat in London with 2 of my old school friends!  It SNOWED for the first time this year and we were stranded in the middle of London.  It took 2.5 hours to get back to my parents flat when it should have been about 30 mins!

*Lily loved the snow and wanted to walk in it till the very last bit had melted!

* Lily continues to dress up in some pretty eccentric ensembles..dressing gown,

retro pink sunglasses and playing a guitar was among one of my favourites!

* Avie is still loving school and seems to be invited to a birthday party nearly every week!

* Avie got a haircut and looks gorgeous with short hair! 
She is becoming such a beautiful young lady.

* We took the side off Lily's bed and she has been a star staying in bed and going straight to sleep...but we have given up trying to get her to nap in it, so she very often falls asleep on the

sofa/beanbag/car journeys etc.

*We enjoyed a very relaxing half term, an understated Valentines Day and treated the girls to pancakes on pancake day..Avie had strawberries and Lily had chocolate sauce!

* Spring is starting to make an appearance and we are so excited to be venturing back into the garden..the girls have been helping Bryn in the garden. Lily is still our outdoor girl and would live outside if we let her!
