It's official..spring has sprung.
We have had some lovely sunny fresh days with highs of 15 degrees...
where you step outside with coats on and find you have to strip them off within minutes!
(By the way i'm totally ignoring the fact that today we have woken up to miserable rainy weather and London is expecting a bit of snow later today...*ahem*)
Yes, it's official..spring is here!
Avie's class have been discussing spring this week and looking at pictures of flowers, lambs etc and set the children the task of taking photos of "spring" to show the class this past Thursday.
So last weekend we went to my parents house and went wild with the camera in the garden!
I took the opportunity to practice aperture on my camera..makes such a difference practicing outside in the light...i love how i can blur out the background and focus on the buds! I have to admit Avie took the majority of these photos..but I "set" the camera up for her!
Then we did a bit of running down Granny and Grandpa's hill in their huge garden!

The hill is great..in the summer we make a waterslide down it with a plastic sheet and a hose!
